Jerre Grefe is a holistic registered nurse, educator, public speaker, and holistic nutrition counselor. She is nationally certified in HypnoTherapyŽ with sub-specialities in HypnoBirthing, Complementary Medical Hypnosis, and Pediatric Hypnosis and holds a bachelor's degree in holistic Nutrition, and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Holistic Nurse's Association Ms. Grefe is currently enrolled in a doctorate degree program in Natural Health.

HYPNOBIRTHING
- HypnoBirthing is a rewarding, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing that teaches a woman, and her birthing companion, the art and joy of experiencing birth in an easier, more comfortable, manner that most nearly mirrors nature. Jerre studied HypnoBirthing under Marie Mongan, who developed the program based on the work of obstetrician, Dr. Grantly Dick-Reed, the father of "Natural Childbirth." Ms. Grefe travels through out the state of Iowa to bring HypnoBirthing to women wishing to birth serenely comfortable, with dignity, and as little medical intervention as possible.
